A fundamental to intermediate level drop-in mat Pilates class, ideal for those with some previous experience of mat Pilates.

Fundamentals of Mat Pilates Course

£75

A 6 week course for the Pilates curious or for anyone wanting to brush up on their skills or return to Pilates after a break. Over the 6 weeks we will cover the core principles that Joseph Pilates taught to build a strong and stable foundation for movement in everyday life.
