I'm passionate about helping people reconnect to their bodies through Pilates. After my own journey recovering from illness I truly discovered how powerful this practice can be - not just for fitness but for overall physical and mental wellbeing.
I've trained in York with MK Pilates completing over 200 hours of study in Matwork Pilates as well as Level 3 Personal Training with a background in science. I'm committed to providing high-quality, supportive teaching to help you feel stronger, more balanced and confidant in your body.
